This polished sheet is made of high-purity fused silica with double-sided nano mirror finish. It features high temperature resistance, laser irradiation resistance, low hydroxyl content, strong corrosion resistance and extremely low light loss. It is mainly used as protective window for fiber and CO₂ laser equipment, as well as optical window for semiconductors, high-temperature observation and spectral instruments.
