Optical goniometer comparator is a necessary angle measuring instrument for measurement departments, workshops and laboratories of research institutes in the optical and mechanical manufacturing industry. It can mainly perform self-alignment measurement of parallel difference of optical prisms and optical plates; angle comparison measurement of metal parts and optical parts with reference to standard angle gauges; calibration measurement of straight line of guide rail and flatness of flat plate; measurement of perpendicularity of two planes, perpendicularity of shaft and shaft end face, etc.
Mainly used for:
1). Direct measurement of small angles
2). Use standard parts or angle blocks as reference parts to compare and measure the angles of various metal parts and optical parts

Maintenance
The instrument should always be kept clean and dry, and the moisture and oil stains must be wiped off with a soft cloth after the instrument is used up. Wipe the dust off the lens with a soft, oil-free brush. Use a clean soft muslin cloth dampened with the mixture to wipe the unclean place; finally, dry the platform with absorbent cotton and apply a thin layer of acid-free Vaseline or anti-rust oil (this layer of oil is wiped off with a soft cloth when using), Finally, put the instrument in a box and place it in a dry and humid room.
