This conical tube is integrally thermoformed from high-purity quartz with customized flow guide grooves inside and smooth step-free tapered surface. It features high temperature resistance, resistance to hydrofluoric acid and concentrated acid/alkali, zero metal ion precipitation, high light transmittance, enhanced gas-liquid mass transfer and anti-blocking performance. The inner grooves strengthen medium turbulence and mass transfer efficiency, serving as adapter for different-diameter pipelines, bubbling washer and gas phase concentrator. Widely used in laboratory chemistry, semiconductor PV, lithium battery new materials, waste gas detection and tube furnace.
