Product Name: High Purity Gradient Conical Quartz Reducer Tube
Dimension: Large End Outer Diameter Φ30mm * Small End Outer Diameter Φ25mm * Total Length 100mm
This conical tube is integrally thermoformed from high-purity quartz with smooth tapered surface and mirror-polished inner wall. It features high temperature resistance, resistance to hydrofluoric acid and concentrated acid/alkali, zero metal ion precipitation, high light transmittance and stable flow buffering for gas and liquid. It serves as adapter for different-diameter pipelines, flow stabilizer and gas phase concentrator, widely used in laboratory chemistry, semiconductor PV, lithium battery new materials, waste gas detection and tube furnace. Detailed scenarios are as follows:
Laboratory Chemical Experiments
Semiconductor and PV Microelectronics (Core Application)
Lithium Battery New Materials and Fine Chemicals
Environmental Detection and Special High-Temperature Working Conditions
Core Advantages (vs Borosilicate Conical Tubes and Metal Reducer Joints)Outstanding Corrosion Resistance: Withstand long-term flushing of hydrofluoric acid, concentrated strong acid and alkali at high temperature. Borosilicate glass cannot resist HF while metal joints tend to rust and release metal impurities to pollute high-purity materials.
Wide High-Temperature Service Range: Stable continuous operation at 200–1100℃, ultra-low thermal expansion coefficient and superior thermal shock resistance without cracking, chipping or deformation under cold-hot alternation.
Ultra-Low Impurity Precipitation: Integrally formed from 99.99% high-purity quartz without heavy metal dissolution, free of contamination to wafers, electronic carrier gas, high-purity electrolyte and micro lab reagents.
Smooth Taper for Flow Stabilization: Integrated gradient inner cavity free of step dead corners, smooth transition of gas and liquid with excellent pressure buffering effect, greatly reducing liquid splashing and pipeline crystal blockage.
Full-Band High Transparency for Visual Inspection: High UV and visible light transmittance, allowing direct observation of internal bubbling, condensation and crystallization reactions for optical online monitoring experiments.
Precise Dimension and Excellent Sealing Performance: Strict tolerance of large and small end outer diameters for perfect matching with standard quartz tubes, good air tightness after assembly for vacuum and closed reaction systems.
