Flexible Beam Quartz Pendulum used for Inertial Navigation
Quartz pendulum module is the key component of quartz flexible accelerometer to measure acceleration by sensing inertial force. It is made of an integral quartz pendulum piece, with a force generator coil glued on both sides of the center of the swing piece and a flexible head as the swing axis, forming a moving part of the force generator. Its lead is led out by the gold plated lead of the quartz pendulum piece through the quartz flexible head. The coil of force generator is composed of aluminum alloy skeleton and enamelled wire wound in the skeleton.
